We will gladly honor refunds in the following situations.
If we are unable to provide the requested materials (i.e. if a book is out of print, etc.)
If you did not receive the correct materials (i.e. you order one book or tract and received a different one.)
Shipping Policies:
United States and Canada - We are currently able to fulfill most orders within the USA and Canada (however,
there may be some exceptions).
International - Please DO NOTsend us any money without contacting us first.
Unfortunately, international shipping costs can be prohibitive. Of course, if you do send us money and we are unable
to ship your requested materials, we will issue you a refund.
United States and Canada: At this time, we are able to fill most orders to the USA
and Canada (however, there may be some exceptions.)
International: Please DO NOT send any money for international
orders without first contacting us. We are NOT always able to fill international orders. Please contact us
